Our care
Three ways we help families keep someone safe at home.
Every plan is built around one person. We don't subcontract, and the same carer comes back.

From 30 minutes, from £25/hr
Visiting care at home
A regular visit at the times that matter, morning routine, medication, meals, evening. Built around what your loved one already does, not around our shifts.
How visiting care works
One carer, your home, 24/7 cover
Live-in care
A carefully matched carer moves in to support around the clock. The dignified alternative to a care home, and often less expensive than people expect.
How live-in care works
Your tenancy · Your home · Your plan
Supported living
Tenant-led support for adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs — your home, your routines, a team that fits around you.

How it works.
- 1
Call or book online (15 mins)
A care advisor listens to what's happening, the diagnosis, the worry, the practical bit. No pressure. We'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.
- 2
Free home assessment (60–90 mins)
A registered nurse visits at home. They build a written care plan with you and your loved one, covering everything from medication routines to favourite biscuits. You get the plan to keep, even if you decide not to go ahead.
- 3
Care begins (typically within 7 days)
Carefully matched carers start, with your registered manager on the end of the phone. Same faces, same routines. We meet again at 30 days to check the plan still fits.
Why Koinonia
What we promise, and how you can hold us to it.
We don't subcontract.
Every carer is on our payroll, trained by us, and supervised by us. No agency middlemen, no gig-economy carers.
The same faces.
We schedule for continuity, not convenience. Your loved one will see the same small team, usually two or three carers, never twenty.
A real registered manager.
You'll have the mobile number of [REGISTERED_MANAGER_NAME], our Registered Manager. Not a call centre. Not a ticket. A nurse who knows your loved one's name.
Honest pricing.
We send a written quote within 24 hours of the home assessment. No hidden surcharges, no pressure to commit.
Families we've helped
What people say.
“Mum was nervous about a stranger in her flat. Six months in, she sets a place at the table for Anna.”
“After my husband's stroke I didn't know where to turn. Koinonia returned my call within the hour and had a nurse here by Friday.”
“Honest, reliable, kind. Rare combination.”
