From first call to first visit

How it works.

  1. 1

Call or book online (15 mins)

A care advisor listens to what's happening, the diagnosis, the worry, the practical bit. No pressure. We'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.

  2. 2

    Free home assessment (60–90 mins)

A registered nurse visits at home. They build a written care plan with you and your loved one, covering everything from medication routines to favourite biscuits. You get the plan to keep, even if you decide not to go ahead.

  3. 3

Care begins (typically within 7 days)

Carefully matched carers start, with your registered manager on the end of the phone. Same faces, same routines. We meet again at 30 days to check the plan still fits.

Why Koinonia

What we promise, and how you can hold us to it.

We don't subcontract.

Every carer is on our payroll, trained by us, and supervised by us. No agency middlemen, no gig-economy carers.

The same faces.

We schedule for continuity, not convenience. Your loved one will see the same small team, usually two or three carers, never twenty.

A real registered manager.

You'll have the mobile number of [REGISTERED_MANAGER_NAME], our Registered Manager. Not a call centre. Not a ticket. A nurse who knows your loved one's name.

Honest pricing.

We send a written quote within 24 hours of the home assessment. No hidden surcharges, no pressure to commit.

Families we've helped

What people say.

Mum was nervous about a stranger in her flat. Six months in, she sets a place at the table for Anna.
Sarah M., daughter of a client in Putney
After my husband's stroke I didn't know where to turn. Koinonia returned my call within the hour and had a nurse here by Friday.
Margaret O., wife of a client in Wandsworth
Honest, reliable, kind. Rare combination.
David K., client in Battersea
