Quality, efficient and person-centred care

Koinonia Healthcare is a Croydon-based provider of home care, supported living and staffing across South London and the surrounding areas. Our team includes nurses, senior carers, support workers and social care professionals — every one of them chosen as much for their character as their qualifications.

We are regularly recruiting across our service areas, and we work hard to make sure our staff find their work genuinely rewarding — with the flexibility to choose the hours that suit their lives, and the support to do their best work.

Everything we do is measured against one standard: would we be happy for our own family to receive this care? That question shapes how we recruit, how we train, and how we show up in someone's home — whether the visit is for help with cooking and cleaning, or for sensitive, skilled support such as dementia care.

We pay attention to the small details, because in care the small details are everything. Our staff are consistently professional, warm and reliable — and they stay that way because we treat them properly.

Our service standards

We are specialists in health and social care staffing and support. We only take on people whose experience, values and track record meet our standard, with a particular emphasis on confident work alongside diverse clients and complex needs.

Every client gets a written care plan, a small named team and a registered manager they can actually reach. We match the right people to the right roles, so our staff can do what they do best — and the people they support feel the difference.

The team

REPLACE: Short bios for the Registered Manager and key clinical leads. For each, name + role + a sentence on background + a sentence on what they care about. No corporate headshots — natural light, real settings.

How we're regulated

We are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Our latest inspection report is published on the CQC website and you can read it any time. We also hold current registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.
