Most families talk to two or three providers before deciding. We expect that. The home assessment is yours to keep, even if you go elsewhere.
What happens, step by step
- 1. A 15-minute call. A care advisor listens, no pressure. We'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit and recommend who is.
- 2. Free home assessment (60–90 minutes). A registered nurse visits, meets your loved one, and writes the care plan with you. Routines, medication, mobility, the practical setup, what matters most.
- 3. Written quote within 24 hours. No hidden surcharges, no pressure to commit. The care plan is yours to keep regardless.
- 4. Care begins (typically within 7 days). Two or three carefully matched carers, on rota you can predict. The same registered manager on the end of the phone.
- 5. 30-day review. We meet again to make sure the plan still fits. Care plans are living documents.
