Koinonia Healthcare Limited

Quality & regulation

Regulated, inspected, and happy to show our work.

Read our CQC rating, Statement of Purpose, and the policies that sit underneath. We update outcome data quarterly.

The Care Quality Commission

We are registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. The CQC measures providers across five areas: are we Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-Led? Our most recent inspection report is published on the CQC website and you can read it any time, in full and unedited.

Statement of Purpose

Our Statement of Purpose is the document the CQC requires every regulated provider to keep. It describes who we are, what services we provide, where we provide them, and how we deliver them. A current version is available on request — email koinoniahealthcare@outlook.com and we'll send it the same day.

Duty of Candour

Under Regulation 20 we have a legal duty of candour: if something goes wrong with care that causes (or could cause) moderate harm or worse, we tell the person or their family, in person and in writing, with an apology and a plan to put it right. We don't bury mistakes.

Complaints

The fastest way to raise a concern is to call our Registered Manager directly on 020 8665 4239. If we can't sort it together, you have the right to escalate to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman. The full procedure is in our complaints policy.

Safeguarding

Every Koinonia carer is trained in safeguarding adults and children, and we follow the local Safeguarding Adults Board procedures across [BRANCH_AREAS]. Our full statement is on the safeguarding page.

How we measure ourselves

We publish a short quality report every quarter covering visit punctuality, continuity of carer, training compliance, safeguarding incidents, and service-user satisfaction. The latest is available to commissioners on request.
